The Amsterdam Greentech took place from the 14 to the 16 of June. This biennial event brings together horticulture and floriculture professionals around their new products and conferences on common topics. Featuring vertical gardening & horticultural LED lightings.
The exhibitors at the Amsterdam GreenTech highlighted products such a :
More than 10,000 people were expected on these 3 days, including worldwide growers enthusiasts, but also investors and vegetables, flowers, glass or horticulture indoors or outdoors professionals.
Automation has taken the spotlight at the GreenTech. One example is the Automatic Transplanting. As you can see in the video below, robots are now able to take the seedlings, put them in a larger pot that has been pre-filled automatically by a substrate mixer, then they will be covered with substrate.
Greenhouse windows also become photoelectric in order to be producing energy. Horticultural LED cultivation systems can be powered directly and relieve consequently the electricity bill.
New Sudlac dispersion films have been added to greenhouses using LED lighting systems. These shade paints let in light growth while controlling heat with a good scattering effect.
Extractors / CO2 burners also come automatically complete CO2 enrichment of the culture environment.
Entire culture set, some of them, installed in containers, can be adapted to the horticultural LED cultivation, with automatic water supply systems, CO2 and nutrients.
So you can enjoy profitable crops while controlling more closely the different culture settings even in harsh environments!
The Horticoled team can accompany you in all your project culture. From simple greenhouse cultivation, to automated multi-layer cultivation according to your farming goals and budgets.
